SSS – Employer

R-3 Contribution Report

The R-3 Contribution Report is the monthly file employers submit to SSS to declare employee contributions. It contains detailed information such as employment status, monthly compensation, and the corresponding employer and employee contribution amounts.

The R-3 system ensures that all employees’ contributions are recorded accurately in the SSS database. Employers must prepare and submit this file on time to avoid penalties, compliance issues, or contribution gaps.

Employees often experience posting problems when employers fail to submit correct R-3 files. Monitoring R-3 submissions through My.SSS allows workers to ensure their contributions are properly recorded and eligible for future benefits.
