What changed in 2025 SSS Contributions?
In 2025, the SSS contribution rate increased from 14% to
15% of the Monthly Salary Credit (MSC). This change applies to all
SSS members including Employed, Self-Employed, Voluntary, Kasambahay, and OFWs.
Another major update is the adjustment of the lowest bracket. In 2024, the minimum MSC
started at ₱4,250. For 2025, the minimum MSC increased to
₱5,250. This means higher total contributions, but also higher
potential SSS benefits such as maternity, disability, sickness, and retirement.
