Hindi na po. Since **February 2027 ang EDD** at **Voluntary member** po kayo, ang **August at September 2026** sana ay qualifying months, pero para maisama sila sa maternity benefit, kailangan **posted na sila on or before end of September 2026**.

So kung **October 2026** na po kayo magbabayad ng August at September, **hindi na sila maisasama sa February 2027 maternity benefit**.

Pwede pa rin po ninyo silang bayaran if allowed for your regular SSS contribution record, pero hindi na po sila makakadagdag sa maternity computation na ito.

If separated/resigned na po kayo from your employer, puwede ninyong change ang SSS membership from **Employed to Voluntary**.

Hindi na po kailangan ng separate form. Sa **My.SSS**, kapag mag-generate kayo ng PRN for your next contribution:

1. Generate a **PRN**
2. Piliin ang **Voluntary Member** as Membership Type
3. Once paid and posted, automatically mag-uupdate ang membership status ninyo to Voluntary.

Important lang po: gawin ito **after separation from employment**. Huwag mag-Voluntary habang active employee pa kayo.

Since **January 2027 ang EDD** ninyo, ang qualifying period for your maternity benefit is **October 2025–September 2026**.

So kung ngayon lang kayo mag-change to Voluntary, ang **October 2026 onwards contributions will no longer increase your January 2027 maternity benefit**. Ang pagbabasehan na po ay yung valid contributions na already posted from October 2025–September 2026.

For **November 2023 delivery** at Voluntary member, ang qualifying contributions na tinitingnan for maternity benefit are from **July 2022–June 2023**.

Hindi po automatically nababawasan ang maternity benefit dahil **late kayo nag-file ng claim**. Ang mas importanteng tingnan ay kung ilang qualifying contributions ang valid at na-count ng SSS.

For example, kung **3 months lang** ang na-count at nasa maximum **₱20,000 MSC**:

₱20,000 × 3 months = ₱60,000
₱60,000 ÷ 180 × 105 days = **₱35,000**

So yung **₱35,000** na natanggap ninyo strongly suggests na around **3 maximum-MSC months** lang ang naisama sa computation.

I-check po ninyo sa **My.SSS Contribution History** ang contributions from **July 2022 to June 2023**, especially kung alin ang actually posted and counted on time.

Kung may 6 qualifying months sana at maximum MSC, the benefit could have reached around **₱70,000** for 105 days.

For **December 5, 2026 EDD** at **Voluntary member** po, ang last qualifying month ninyo is **June 2026**.

If ang **June 2026 contribution** ay binayaran ninyo during the **first week of July**, unfortunately **late na po siya for this maternity claim** because **July 2026 is already within your contingency period**.

For June to count, dapat **posted na po sa My.SSS on or before June 30, 2026**.

So please check your **My.SSS Contribution History**:
✅ Posted on or before **June 30, 2026** → counted
❌ Posted **July 1, 2026 onwards** → hindi na counted for your December 2026 maternity benefit

Important po na **posting date sa My.SSS** ang i-check, hindi lang payment date.

Pwede naman po kayong mag-leave ng **6 months** kung approved ng employer/company ninyo, pero hindi po buong 6 months ang covered ng SSS Maternity Benefit.

For live childbirth:

✅ **105 days** — paid maternity leave
✅ **120 days** — if qualified Solo Parent
✅ May option din na **additional 30 days leave without pay**

Kung gusto ninyo pong umabot ng **6 months**, yung remaining days beyond the maternity leave entitlement would normally depend na po sa **company policy and approval** — halimbawa vacation leave, other available leave credits, or leave without pay.

Hindi rin po lalaki ang SSS maternity benefit dahil 6 months ang pinili ninyong leave. The SSS benefit is still computed based on your qualifying contributions and applicable maternity leave days.

Since **September 3, 2026** po kayo nanganak, ang qualifying period ninyo is **April 2025–March 2026**.

Pero important po na hindi lang payment date ang tinitingnan. Ang dapat i-check ay kung **kailan talaga na-post/process sa My.SSS** ang contribution.

✅ **October–December 2025 — ₱3,150/month, paid January 29, 2026**

Ang deadline po ng quarter na ito is **January 31, 2026**. So possible silang counted, pero kailangan ninyong i-check sa **My.SSS** kung kailan sila na-post.

Usually may processing time na around **1–3 days**.

So:
– If **posted on or before January 31, 2026** → counted po.
– If **posted February 1, 2026 or later** → hindi na po counted.

❌ **January–March 2026 — ₱3,150/month, paid April 14, 2026**

Hindi na po ito counted for the September 2026 maternity claim because April is already within the contingency period.

❌ **April–June 2026 — paid July 1, 2026**

Hindi na rin po ito kasama sa qualifying period.

So first step po: check ninyo sa **My.SSS Contribution History** kung ang October–December 2025 contributions were actually posted **on or before January 31, 2026**.

If all 3 months were posted on time, then meron kayong **3 qualifying contributions**, which is enough for minimum eligibility.

If ₱3,150/month po ang contribution and these 3 months correspond to the maximum maternity MSC, estimated benefit for **105 days** would be around **₱35,000**.

For **February 2027 EDD** and **Voluntary member** po, ang qualifying period ninyo is **October 2025–September 2026**.

Since **October 2026 na po ngayon**, hindi na po puwedeng habulin ang **April–September 2026** para maisama sa maternity benefit. Kahit normally may quarterly payment deadline ang Voluntary members, for maternity purposes kailangan po ang qualifying contributions ay nabayaran **before October 2026**.

So ang maternity benefit ninyo ngayon will depend na po sa mga contributions na **already paid and posted from October 2025–September 2026**.

✅ At least **3 posted monthly contributions** ang kailangan para maka-qualify.

For the amount naman, SSS uses your **6 highest Monthly Salary Credits (MSC)** within the qualifying period. Kaya kung meron na kayong 6 mataas na contributions before the missed months, possible na malaki pa rin ang benefit. Pero kung kulang sa 6 ang mataas na posted contributions, puwedeng bumaba ang estimated amount.

For **February 2027 EDD** at **Voluntary member** po, ang contributions na puwedeng gamitin for your maternity benefit are from **October 2025–September 2026**.

Since **October na po ngayon**, hindi na po puwedeng habulin ang **April–September 2026** para maisama sa maternity benefit. Ang last qualifying month na September ay dapat nabayaran **on or before end of September**.

Pwede pa rin po kayong magbayad ng **October 2026 onwards** for your continuing SSS contributions and other benefits, pero hindi na po iyon makakadagdag sa maternity benefit for February 2027.

Regarding sa amount: possible pa rin pong **malaki ang makuha ninyo** kung meron na kayong enough posted contributions before April. At least **3 posted monthly contributions** ang kailangan para maka-qualify, at ang amount ay based sa **6 highest Monthly Salary Credits (MSC)** within the qualifying period.

So kung meron na kayong **6 mataas na posted contributions from October 2025–March 2026**, possible na hindi na gaanong maapektuhan kahit wala ang April–September.

If ang tinutukoy mong past 3 months ay **July–September 2026** and **ngayon October 2026 ka pa lang magbabayad**, unfortunately ❌ **hindi na sila puwedeng gamitin for this March 2027 maternity benefit**.

Reason: for maternity claims, SSS only considers contributions **paid before the maternity semester starts**. For a March 2027 delivery, that semester starts **October 2026**.

So dapat yung July–September contributions were **paid/posted on or before end of September 2026** para maisama.
