Based sa hulog mo:

Dec 2025 – ₱750 = around ₱5,000 MSC
Feb 2026 – ₱1,950 = around ₱13,000 MSC
Mar 2026 – ₱1,950 = around ₱13,000 MSC
Apr 2026 – ₱2,025 = around ₱13,500 MSC
May 2026 – ₱2,025 = around ₱13,500 MSC
Jun 2026 – ₱2,025 = around ₱13,500 MSC

Assuming paid and posted on time lahat at before July 2026, possible qualified ka kasi may 6 months ka sa qualifying period.

Estimated MatBen for 105 days is around ₱41,708.

Kung qualified solo parent ka, 120 days, estimate is around ₱47,667.

Important mommy: kung yung April–June 2026 ay binayaran lang July 2026 or after, possible hindi siya counted sa October 2026 MatBen kasi July 2026 na ang start ng semester of contingency.

Last QP month: June 2026 — qualifying payments should be made on or before end of June 2026.

Based sa hulog mo:

✅ January 2026 – ₱1,500
✅ March 2026 – ₱1,500
✅ July 2026 – ₱3,000

May 3 paid/posted contributions ka na sa qualifying period, so possible qualified ka basta paid on time and posted sa My.SSS.

Estimated MatBen for 105 days is around ₱23,333, assuming total SSS contribution ang amounts na nilagay mo.

Tataas pa ito kung makakahulog ka pa ng additional months within January–December 2026. Kung gusto mo ma-maximize, target mo magkaroon ng 6 months na ₱3,000/month within the qualifying period. Possible iyon umabot sa ₱70,000 max for 105 days.

Last QP month: December 2026 — qualifying payments should be made on or before end of December 2026.

Hi mommy 😊 Pwede mong i-allocate hanggang 7 days ng maternity leave benefit mo sa father ng baby.

Meaning, kung 105 days ang maternity leave mo, magiging example:

98 days kay mommy + 7 days kay daddy

Hindi siya additional 7 days ha mommy — ibabawas siya sa total maternity leave days mo.

Paano gawin:

Sa pag-file ng Maternity Notification / MAT-1 sa My.SSS or SSS Mobile App, piliin yung option na mag-aallocate ka ng leave days.
Ilagay ang details ng father ng baby.
Piliin kung ilang days ang ibibigay mo, up to 7 days max.
Save mo ang confirmation/reference number.
Bigyan si daddy ng written notice/proof para ma-submit niya sa employer niya.

Important mommy: usually magagamit ito kung employed si daddy, kasi employer niya ang mag-aapprove/process ng leave niya.

Also, hindi ito applicable sa miscarriage/ETP cases.

Hi mommy 😊 Kung November 2026 ang EDD mo, ang qualifying period mo ay July 2025–June 2026.

Hindi automatic na mawawala ang MatBen dahil hindi mo pa na-update from Employed to Voluntary. Ang importante ay kung may at least 3 paid and posted contributions ka within July 2025–June 2026.

Kung may hulog ka from employer within that period, possible qualified ka pa rin.

Pero kung wala kang hulog sa qualifying period at ngayon ka pa lang magbabayad as voluntary, hindi na po makakahabol for November 2026 MatBen kasi July 2026 ang start ng semester of contingency. Contributions paid within or after that semester are not counted.

Pwede ka pa rin mag-update/pay as Voluntary for future SSS benefits, pero hindi na siya makakadagdag sa November 2026 maternity computation.

Hi mommy, to get the salary differential your MSC (monthly salary credit) should be above 20k po to get 70k plus salary differential pero kailangan i minus ang Philhealth, SSS Contribution and Pag-ibig. Yungs sosobra po doon yung magiging salary differential after deduction ng mga yan, note SSS matben po is no tax po.

So according sa binigay mo, your salary is somewhere between 10,250 to 10,750 with the matching MSC bracket of 10,500. The requirement for Salary differential the MSC must be above 20,000+ for 6 month po.

Since July 2026 ka nakunan, ang basis ni SSS ay actual miscarriage date, hindi na yung original EDD na December 2026.

For July 2026 miscarriage, ang qualifying period mo ay April 2025–March 2026.

Yung hulog mo na October 2025–March 2026 ay pasok sa qualifying period, so possible eligible ka, basta paid and posted on time before April 2026. May 6 months ka na, so pasado sa minimum 3 contributions.

Okay lang din na August 6 pa ang appointment mo sa SSS. Hindi naman po ibig sabihin na disqualified ka agad dahil hindi nakapag-apply online, lalo na kung may bug sa website. Dalhin mo lang screenshots/proof na nag-error ang My.SSS kung meron.

For miscarriage, usually 60 days ang SSS maternity benefit. Amount depends sa 6 highest MSC mo within the qualifying period.

Prepare mo mommy:

proof of pregnancy, like pregnancy test/ultrasound
proof of miscarriage/termination, like ultrasound, histopath, OR record, or pregnancy test result signed by doctor
medical certificate / clinical abstract / discharge summary
valid ID
approved disbursement account sa My.SSS if direct claim

Since nanganak ka noong June 21, 2026, ang qualifying period mo ay January 2025–December 2025.

Sa hulog mo na October, November, December 2025 hanggang May 2026, ang counted lang for this MatBen ay:

✅ October 2025
✅ November 2025
✅ December 2025

Hindi na counted ang January–May 2026 kasi nasa semester of contingency na sila.

Kung ₱3,000/month total SSS contribution ang Oct–Dec 2025 mo, equivalent iyon sa max MSC. Pero dahil 3 months lang ang counted, computation is around:

₱20,000 × 3 months = ₱60,000 ÷ 180 × 105 days = ₱35,000

For CS, 105 days pa rin siya, same as normal delivery. Hindi na siya mas mataas like before. Mas tataas lang to 120 days kung qualified solo parent.

So yes mommy, kung 3 valid months lang ang counted, ₱35,000 is likely correct.

About January 2026: pasok sana siya sa qualifying period, pero kung ngayon mo pa lang babayaran, late na po siya for Voluntary member. Hindi na siya pwedeng habulin para maka-qualify sa December 2026 MatBen.

Ang counted lang ay contributions sa July 2025–June 2026 na paid on time and paid before July 2026, kasi July 2026 ang start ng semester of contingency mo.

Hi mommy 😊 Kung no contributions pa talaga and hindi ka pa active/covered SSS member, hindi ka pa qualified right now for SSS maternity benefit.

Para maka-qualify sa MatBen, kailangan may at least 3 paid and posted contributions within your qualifying period.

Pero possible ka pang makahabol depende sa EDD month/year mo. Kung malayo pa ang due date mo, pwede kang mag-register/activate properly and magbayad ng contributions on time.

Important: Kung first time mo pa lang magbabayad, piliin ang tamang membership type:

Employee — employer ang magre-remit
Self-Employed — kung may business/freelance/income
OFW — kung OFW
Non-Working Spouse — kung qualified as NWS

Huwag basta magbayad as Voluntary kung wala ka pang previous posted contribution, kasi Voluntary usually for previous covered members na tumigil sa employment/self-employment/OFW.

Pakicomment mommy ang EDD month/year mo para ma-check kung may time ka pa makahabol and anong months ang dapat bayaran.

Kung July–September 2026 lang ang counted mo at ₱750/month ang hulog, possible qualified ka with 3 months, pero mababa ang benefit.

Estimated MatBen for normal/CS 105 days: around ₱8,750.

Kung gusto mo mas mataas, ₱3,000/month for July–September 2026 can give around ₱35,000, basta pasok pa sa deadline and posted before October 2026.
