Answer from SSS Maternity Calculator Team: Answered Jul 26, 2026

Dapat nabayaran ang April–June quarter on or before end of July 2026.

Kung babayaran mo sila ng ₱3,000 per month this September (quarterly payment 1PRN) and posted on time, possible kang qualified kasi may at least 3 paid and posted contributions ka.

Estimate is around ₱35,000 for 105 days, assuming ₱3,000 is total SSS contribution and equal to ₱20,000 MSC.

Last QP month: September 2026 — qualifying payments should be made on or before end of September 2026.

Voluntary General Question EDD: December 2026
Question from Francheska
Asked Jul 21, 2026

Last hulog ko is September 2024 pa. Edd ko po December 2026

Open direct answer
Answer from SSS Maternity Calculator Team: Answered Jul 26, 2026

SSS only considers contributions paid before the semester of contingency.

Since last hulog mo pa ay September 2024, wala kang counted contribution sa qualifying period unless may employer/other posted contributions from July 2025–June 2026.

So for December 2026 MatBen, likely hindi ka qualified kung April–June 2026 lang ang hahabulin mo this July.

Last QP month: June 2026 — qualifying payments should be made on or before end of June 2026.

Voluntary Contribution / Payment Deadline EDD: November 2026
Question from Mary
Asked Jul 21, 2026

Open direct answer
Answer from SSS Maternity Calculator Team: Answered Jul 22, 2026

Last QP month: June 2026 — qualifying payments should be made on or before end of June 2026.

Employee Late Claim / Past Maternity
Question from Jovilyn
Asked Jul 21, 2026

Open direct answer
Answer from SSS Maternity Calculator Team: Answered Jul 22, 2026

Hi mommy 😊 Yes, possible pa po mag-file kahit May 21, 2023 ka nanganak, kasi ang SSS maternity claim can be filed within 10 years from date of delivery.

Mag-submit ng Member Data Change Request / E-4 with supporting documents, like PSA Birth Certificate or Marriage Certificate kung married name issue.

After maayos ang name record, file your MAT-2 / Maternity Benefit Application through My.SSS or SSS branch. Prepare baby’s registered birth certificate, valid IDs, and other documents na hihingin ni SSS.

Kailangan may at least 3 paid and posted contributions within this period.

Last QP month: December 2022 — qualifying payments should be made on or before end of December 2022.

Employee General Question
Question from Teresa
Asked Jul 21, 2026

How much in total will I expect in total from my contribution posted

Open direct answer
Answer from SSS Maternity Calculator Team: Answered Jul 22, 2026

Hi mommy 😊 If EDD March 2027 and your posted contributions are April–July 2026 at ₱3,000 per month, pasok sila sa qualifying period mo: October 2025–September 2026.

Assuming ₱3,000 is total SSS contribution per month, that is usually equal to ₱20,000 MSC. If 4 months lang ang posted at ₱20,000 MSC, estimated maternity benefit for normal/CS 105 days is around ₱46,667.

Hindi pa full ₱70,000 kasi need usually 6 months na ₱20,000 MSC within the qualifying period para ma-maximize.

Last QP month: September 2026 — qualifying payments should be made on or before end of September 2026.

Voluntary Contribution / Payment Deadline EDD: March 2027
Question from Precious
Asked Jul 20, 2026

Open direct answer
Answer from SSS Maternity Calculator Team: Answered Jul 20, 2026

Since July 2026 pa ngayon, puwede pang bayaran ang April–June 2026 as quarterly payment kung mababayaran on or before end of July 2026.

Last QP month: September 2026 — qualifying payments should be made on or before end of September 2026.

Employee General Question
Question from Alesice
Asked Jul 20, 2026

Open direct answer
Answer from SSS Maternity Calculator Team: Answered Jul 20, 2026

Hi mommy 😊 Kapag Submitted na sa SSS, i-check mo sa My.SSS/app ang status from time to time.

Ang importante ay may at least 3 paid and posted contributions ka within your qualifying period.

Self-Employed General Question
Question from Marites
Asked Jul 19, 2026

Nag positive ako last april 2023 and miscarriage
Qualified po ba ako mag claim ng maternity benefits this year 2026, this year lang din po kasi naayos record ko sa SSS😞

Open direct answer
Answer from SSS Maternity Calculator Team: Answered Jul 20, 2026

Hi mommy 😊 Yes, possible pa po mag-claim this 2026 kahit miscarriage happened noong 2023, kasi SSS maternity claim can be filed within 10 years from the date of delivery, miscarriage, or ETP.

Kailangan may at least 3 paid and posted contributions within that period.

Kung this year lang naayos ang SSS record mo, okay lang po mag-try mag-file once updated na ang record, pero prepare medical documents for miscarriage and ipa-check sa SSS kung ano pa ang kulang.

Last QP month: December 2022 — qualifying payments should be made on or before end of December 2022.

OFW - Land-based General Question EDD: June 2026
Question from Riza
Asked Jul 19, 2026

nakapag bayad ako ng October November at December last year 2025.nabayaran ko ito ng January 15,2026 bilang isang OFW na voluntaryong nag hu2log sa SSS. na denied ng SSS ang maternity benifits ko sa kadahilanang di nadaw ako umabot sa withen or after the semester contingency.nag EDD ko June 20,2026 bilang ofw na ang last or pwde pa bumayad hangang January 31,2026 para sa naka raang buwan na octobre hangang decembre.

Open direct answer
Answer from SSS Maternity Calculator Team: Answered Jul 20, 2026

Hi mommy 😊 Gets ko po bakit nakakalito. For OFW, yes, may rule na ang October–December 2025 contribution can be paid until January 31, 2026.

Pero for SSS maternity benefit, may separate rule: hindi counted ang contributions na nabayaran within or after the semester of contingency.

Last QP month: December 2025 — qualifying payments should be made on or before end of December 2025 para safe sa maternity computation.

Voluntary MAT-1 EDD: December 2026
Question from zai
Asked Jul 19, 2026

EDD ko is December 2026. Nag-resign ako ng June and filed the MAT 1 pero hindi ko pa napalitan and membership status ko to voluntary and also 2 ang na-file kong notification accidentally (but same EDD so it's like duplicated) because the the first filing was on June but i didn't get an email ( I thought dapat may matanggap akong email pero hindi pala kailangan since maternity notification palang ito) and I later on filed another on July. Will this affect the process of my maternity benefit?

Open direct answer
Answer from SSS Maternity Calculator Team: Answered Jul 20, 2026

Last QP month: June 2026 — qualifying payments should be made on or before end of June 2026.
