SSS Salary Loan System Error: Did My Application Go Through?

If My.SSS showed an error while you were applying for a Salary Loan, first find out whether the application was actually recorded before submitting again.

This page is for a system failure during the Salary Loan process. Exact error codes and explicit rejection messages have separate guides.

What did My.SSS show you?

Choose the closest situation so you go to the correct page.

I got a specific error code

Examples: SL48, REG03, REG05, EXCP_0, LID95, CL46, WS52, or another My.SSS code.

Check My Error Code

It says my loan will be rejected

The message starts with “Loan Application will be rejected due to the following reason(s).”

Check Rejection Reason

The Salary Loan page failed or froze

No clear rejection reason; you mainly need to know whether your application went through.

Check If It Submitted

Important: A system error is not automatically the same as a rejection. Check the Salary Loan status before sending a second application.

First check

Did your Salary Loan application go through?

Log back in to My.SSS and check the Salary Loan status and your My.SSS inbox before trying to submit again.

No application record

The transaction may not have completed. Save the error screenshot, then retry only after confirming there is still no application record.

Check

Submitted or pending

The application was recorded. Do not submit another one just because the previous screen showed an error.

Recorded

Awaiting employer certification

For an employed member, this means the application moved to the employer-certification step.

Submitted

Granted / approved

The application moved beyond submission. The next concern is disbursement or release, not retrying the application.

Some My.SSS codes can appear in different transactions. Do not assume a code is a Salary Loan rejection unless My.SSS also shows a clear Salary Loan rejection reason.

When should you retry the Salary Loan application?

Retry only after you have checked that My.SSS did not record the application. If a submitted, pending, employer-certification, or granted status is already visible, a second application is not the right next step.

No application appears

Save the screenshot and exact message. Start a fresh My.SSS session and retry only after confirming there is still no recorded application.

Application already appears

Do not create another application. Follow the status already shown in My.SSS.

What to check before trying again

1. Save the full error screen

Keep the code, exact message, date/time, and the Salary Loan screen where it happened.

2. Check Salary Loan status first

Look for submitted, pending, awaiting employer certification, granted, or another recorded status.

3. If there is a code, use the Error Code Checker

The code may not be Salary-Loan-specific. The checker asks where it appeared and routes the next step.

Check exact error code →

4. If Salary Loan records look wrong, use the troubleshooter

Contribution, DAEM, employer, previous-loan, posting, and application issues belong in the Salary Loan checker.

Open Salary Loan Troubleshooter →

DAEM or payment issue instead?

Use the specific guide if the problem is already clear rather than treating it as a generic system error.

Frequently asked questions

No. First check whether the Salary Loan application is recorded in My.SSS. If My.SSS specifically says “Loan Application will be rejected due to the following reason(s),” use the Salary Loan Rejection Guide.

Use the SSS Error Code Checker. Some codes are not unique to Salary Loan, so the transaction where the code appeared is important.

Check your Salary Loan status first. If the application is already submitted, pending, awaiting employer certification, or granted, do not create another application just because the previous screen showed an error.

It means the employed member's Salary Loan application has moved to the employer-certification stage. You can read the Employer Certification guide instead of submitting again.

Continue your Salary Loan check
