SSS – Unemployment

Unemployment Benefit Computation

Unemployment Benefit Computation follows a simple formula: 50% of the member’s AMSC multiplied by two months. For example, a member with an AMSC of ₱20,000 will receive a total unemployment benefit of ₱20,000 (₱10,000 per month for two months).

The benefit is released as a one-time payment via the member’s active disbursement account.
