Unemployment Claim Filing

Unemployment Claim Filing refers to the process of submitting the required documents through the SSS online portal or branch office. Required documents include a termination certificate, valid ID, DOLE certificate (if needed), and the member’s active disbursement account.

Members must file the claim within one year from the date of separation. Late filings are automatically denied.
