Naka submit na po ako ng mat 1 sa employer ko and nakita ko din sa sss online app na submitted pero sabi ng hr na need daw ako na mag process personally and then d na nila ma pa process yung cash advance. Ano po bang next steps ko? And how do i make sure po na d babayaran ng sss ang previous employmer ko? Na direkta na dapat sa akin.

Save screenshot ng MAT-1 status na âSubmittedâ sa My.SSS.
Ask HR for Certificate of Separation with:
effective date: June 30, and no advance maternity benefit was paid.
Make sure may approved DAEM/bank account sa My.SSS under your name.
After manganak, file Maternity Benefit Application / MAT-2 in My.SSS as separated member.
Tell HR in writing: âPlease certify in My.SSS that no advance maternity benefit was paid to me.â
SSS Circular 2023-011 says separated members who did not receive advance payment may file the maternity benefit application directly with SSS, and the previous employer may need to certify online before SSS processes/payment.
Para hindi mapunta sa previous employer: do not sign/accept any cash advance from them, file using your own My.SSS/DAEM, and submit the certificate saying no advance payment. If closed na company or hindi makakuha ng certificate, SSS has an Affidavit of Undertaking for Non-Receipt of Advance Payment option.
