Voluntary Contribution / Payment Deadline EDD: September 2026

Ang EDD ko is September 28, 2026. Ang last full contributions ko ay nung 2024, and then naghulog lang ako ulit nung January to March 2026 ng 2250 per month and then may loan ako ng 40,000. Pasok pa po ba ako? If ever, hm?

Hi mommy 😊 Kung September 28, 2026 ang EDD/actual delivery mo, ang qualifying period mo ay April 2025–March 2026.

Yung 2024 contributions mo hindi na counted sa MatBen kasi outside na siya sa qualifying period. Ang counted lang sa sinabi mo ay January–March 2026, basta paid and posted on time. May minimum 3 contributions ka, so possible kang qualified.

Kung ₱2,250 total SSS contribution per month ang Jan–March mo, estimate for 105 days is around ₱26,250. Pero kung employee share/deduction lang ang ₱2,250, possible iba ang MSC at mas mataas ang estimate.

Yung ₱40,000 salary loan hindi siya basehan ng MatBen qualification. Pero check mo pa rin sa SSS kung may loan status/deductions issue sa account mo.

Last QP month: March 2026 — qualifying payments should be made on or before end of March 2026.

EDD ko is FEBRUARY 2027 may hulog ako ng OCTOBER 2025-APRIL 2026 qualified parin ba yun maternity benefits

Hi mommy 😊 Yes po, qualified ka based sa contributions na sinabi mo, provided valid at posted lahat sa My.SSS.

For EDD February 2027, ang qualifying period mo ay October 2025–September 2026. Since may hulog ka from October 2025 hanggang April 2026, mayroon kang 7 qualifying months, which is more than the minimum 3 monthly contributions required.

So kahit wala kang hulog from May–September 2026, possible ka pa ring qualified. Ang exact MatBen amount naman will depend sa 6 highest MSCs within your qualifying period.

EDD of ectopic pregnancy July 20,2020 tapos may hulog ako january hanggang june 2020

Hi mommy 😊 If ang actual ectopic pregnancy/termination date mo ay July 20, 2020, ang qualifying period mo ay April 2019–March 2020.

So sa contributions na sinabi mo:

January 2020 ✅ counted
February 2020 ✅ counted
March 2020 ✅ counted
April–June 2020 ❌ hindi na kasama sa qualifying period

If valid at properly paid ang January–March 2020, mayroon kang required 3 qualifying contributions, so possible kang qualified for SSS maternity benefit for 60 days dahil covered ang ectopic pregnancy under miscarriage/ETP benefits.

Good news din mommy: SSS maternity claims may be filed within 10 years from the date of miscarriage/ETP, so kung July 20, 2020 ang actual date, possible pa ring mag-file ngayon subject to SSS validation and complete medical documents.

Good morning po,
Ang EDD ko po ay March 2027,
binayaran ko po ang April, May, at June last July 2026 na tig 3,000. At plan na bayaran ang July, August at September this month din po na tig 3,000.
Ngayon po ang tanong ko, pasok ba ang payment ko sa April - June sa computation ng Maternity benefits ko? May iilan kasing nagsasabi na baka hindi ito mapasama sa computation kasi late payment.

Hi mommy 😊 Yes po, pasok ang April–June 2026 payments mo for EDD March 2027, provided nabayaran sila on or before July 31, 2026 at properly posted sa My.SSS. Hindi po sila considered late kung within that quarterly deadline ang payment.

Ang qualifying period mo ay October 2025–September 2026, kaya counted ang:

April–June 2026 ✅
July–September 2026 ✅

If mabayaran mo rin ang July–September before October at ₱3,000/month lahat ng 6 months, possible kang umabot sa ₱70,000 MatBen for 105-day live childbirth, provided valid at posted lahat. 😊
