120-Day Sickness Benefit Limit

The 120-Day Sickness Benefit Limit is the maximum number of sickness benefit days a member may receive in a calendar year. This cap applies regardless of the number or type of illnesses. Once a member reaches 120 compensated days, no additional sickness benefits are payable until the next calendar year.
