Employer Advance Payment

Employer Advance Payment refers to the rule that employers must initially pay the sickness benefit to their employees and later seek reimbursement from SSS. This ensures employees receive support without waiting for SSS processing. Reimbursement is only granted if documentation is complete and the employer paid the correct amount.
