Edd ko po january 2027, ma'am/sir nainform ko po ang aking employer pero paano po pag hindi pa po nagsubmit/nag apply ng mat1 ang employer ko???tnx po
Hi mommy 😊 Since employed ka, si employer/HR ang dapat mag-submit ng MAT-1 sa SSS immediately after receiving your maternity notice.
Follow up agad and ask for the MAT-1 submission confirmation/reference number. Keep proof na nag-notify ka, like email or signed document or pwede mo din ma check sa SSS account mo punta ka lang sa Services then Maternity benefits then under Inquiry or history makikita mo po Submitted or kung may nakita ka na transaction number if you're browsing mobile. If hindi pa rin nila i-submit, contact SSS or visit a branch and bring your proof of notification.
