I recently applied for matben which got rejected because the livebirth I submitted is not registered jn local registry yet. And now itatry ko sana mag submit ulit ng matben but then i was shocked sa amount. Only 57k something and I expected the full 70k since malaki naman contributions ko. This is the reference number if you can check it in your system Reference No.

Enlighten me po, i cant accept po na 57k something. Malaki contributions ko compare sa iba na maliit ang contributions and bago bago pa lang nag babayad ng sss pero full 70k. This is so frustrating
Hi mommy 😊 Gets ko po bakit frustrating yung ₱57,676.78, especially kung malalaki naman ang contributions mo.
Based sa actual delivery date na July 23, 2026, ang qualifying period mo ay April 2025–March 2026. Sa contributions na pinakita mo, mukhang may several months ka na mataas enough para maabot ang ₱20,000 MSC ceiling, so possible sana ang ₱70,000 if at least 6 qualifying months are valid and counted.
Yung ₱57,676.78, possible na may excluded months dahil sa payment date, may loan deduction, or ibang adjustment sa claim. Since hindi natin ma-access ang SSS internal system, best po na ipa-check sa SSS kung anong 6 MSC months ang ginamit nila sa computation at bakit may difference na around ₱12,323.
Yung rejected Live Birth document naman, once registered na sa Local Civil Registry, puwede mo pong i-resubmit ang claim.
So mommy, huwag muna natin i-assume na final talaga ang ₱57,676.78. Ipa-explain muna sa SSS yung exact computation bago ka mag-accept.
