SSS – Retirement

Maximum Pension

The Maximum Pension is the highest possible monthly retirement pension that SSS may award under its computation rules. It is based on the member’s highest salary credits, number of credited years of service, and total contributions. Members who consistently paid the maximum MSC over long periods are more likely to reach or approach the pension ceiling. Pension caps protect the long-term sustainability of the SSS fund while still rewarding high-contributing members.
