Workers’ Investment and Savings Program (WISP)

The Workers’ Investment and Savings Program (WISP) is a mandatory provident fund for members contributing beyond the regular MSC ceiling. It serves as an additional retirement savings layer designed to increase retirement income. Contributions to WISP are managed through professional investments, and benefits become available upon retirement, disability, or death. WISP strengthens the retirement safety net for middle-income earners.
