Ang June 2026 ang last qualifying month, at for Voluntary members, ang April–June quarter was due on or before end of July 2026. Since August na ngayon, hindi na po puwedeng habulin ang May at June 2026 para ma-count.

Pero if paid/posted naman ang January–April 2026, may at least 3 contributions ka na, so possible ka pa ring qualified.

Pwede pa ang July 2026, basta mabayaran on or before end of August 2026. If July–September ang target mo, make sure complete ang 3 months.

Ang September 2026 ang last qualifying month, pero para safe na mabilang sa maternity benefit, bayaran ito on or before end of September 2026.

Yes, pwede ka pa ring maka-avail kahit hindi mo nahulugan ang previous months. Hindi kailangan tuloy-tuloy lahat ng buwan. Ang kailangan ay may at least 3 paid and posted contributions within Jan–Dec 2026.

Based sa nilagay mo:

✅ August 2026
✅ September 2026
✅ October 2026
✅ November 2026
✅ December 2026

May 5 months ka na sa qualifying period, so possible qualified ka, basta paid on time, valid PRN, and posted sa My.SSS.

Kung August 2026 pa lang ang babayaran mo ngayon, counted siya basta mabayaran within deadline at ma-post. Pero kung August lang ang hulog mo, hindi pa sapat — kailangan at least 3 months.

Hindi counted ang January 2027 onwards sa April 2027 MatBen kasi semester of contingency na iyon.

Last QP month: December 2026 — qualifying payments should be made on or before end of December 2026.

Hi mommy 😊 Ganito po ang process ng SSS maternity:

Check muna kung qualified — kailangan may at least 3 paid and posted contributions sa qualifying period.
Habang buntis pa, mag-file ng Maternity Notification / MAT-1.
Kung employed, inform HR/employer kasi sila usually ang magpa-process sa SSS.
Kung Voluntary, Self-Employed, NWS, OFW, or separated, pwede mag-file directly sa My.SSS or SSS Mobile App.
Make sure may approved Disbursement Account / DAEM kung direct claim sa SSS.
After manganak or miscarriage, file the Maternity Benefit Application online and upload the required documents.
For live birth/CS, usually kailangan ang baby’s Certificate of Live Birth. For miscarriage, medical documents ang kailangan.

Important mommy: file MAT-1 habang buntis pa and check if posted ang contributions mo before filing.

Since binayaran mo ang April–June noong July 25, 2026, pasok pa ito sa quarterly deadline na on or before July 31, 2026, kung valid at posted ang PRN mo.Pwede mo parin pahabol ang Jul to Sept contribution mag generate kalang ng 1PRN for Jul to Sept. at i pay xa on or before end of Sept

Take note: ang 6 highest Monthly Salary Credits lang ang gagamitin sa final computation.

For EDD March 2027, ang qualifying period ay October 2025–September 2026. Kailangan ng at least 3 paid contributions, kaya hindi sapat ang July lang—targetin ang July, August, at September 2026.

Ang regular due date ng September 2026, na last qualifying month, ay on or before end of October 2026. Pero dahil October 2026 na ang start ng semester of contingency, mas safe na mabayaran at ma-post ang July–September on or before end of September 2026, dahil hindi kasama sa maternity computation ang contributions na binayaran within or after the semester of contingency.

So possible qualified ka na, kasi more than 3 months na ang hulog mo sa qualifying period.

Para sa July, August, September 2026, hindi na siya required para lang maka-qualify, pero makakatulong siya para tumaas ang benefit kung mas mataas ang hulog/MSC mo.

Kung goal mo ay maximum MatBen, practical amount is:

₱3,000 per month × 3 months = ₱9,000 total

No need lumampas sa ₱3,000/month for MatBen purpose, kasi SSS maternity computation uses the Regular SSS Program up to ₱20,000 MSC.

Kung may 6 months na ₱3,000/month within Oct 2025–Sept 2026, possible umabot sa ₱70,000 max for 105 days. Kung hindi 6 months ang max MSC, depende pa rin sa 6 highest MSC mo ang final amount.

Apr 2026 – ₱2,025 = around ₱13,500 MSC
May 2026 – ₱2,025 = around ₱13,500 MSC
Jun 2026 – ₱2,025 = around ₱13,500 MSC

Assuming paid and posted on time lahat at before July 2026, possible qualified ka kasi may 6 months ka sa qualifying period.

Estimated MatBen for 105 days is around ₱41,708.

Kung qualified solo parent ka, 120 days, estimate is around ₱47,667.

Important mommy: kung yung April–June 2026 ay binayaran lang July 2026 or after, possible hindi siya counted sa October 2026 MatBen kasi July 2026 na ang start ng semester of contingency.

Tataas pa ito kung makakahulog ka pa ng additional months within January–December 2026. Kung gusto mo ma-maximize, target mo magkaroon ng 6 months na ₱3,000/month within the qualifying period. Possible iyon umabot sa ₱70,000 max for 105 days.

Hi mommy 😊 Pwede mong i-allocate hanggang 7 days ng maternity leave benefit mo sa father ng baby.

Meaning, kung 105 days ang maternity leave mo, magiging example:

98 days kay mommy + 7 days kay daddy

Hindi siya additional 7 days ha mommy — ibabawas siya sa total maternity leave days mo.

Paano gawin:

Sa pag-file ng Maternity Notification / MAT-1 sa My.SSS or SSS Mobile App, piliin yung option na mag-aallocate ka ng leave days.
Ilagay ang details ng father ng baby.
Piliin kung ilang days ang ibibigay mo, up to 7 days max.
Save mo ang confirmation/reference number.
Bigyan si daddy ng written notice/proof para ma-submit niya sa employer niya.

Important mommy: usually magagamit ito kung employed si daddy, kasi employer niya ang mag-aapprove/process ng leave niya.

Also, hindi ito applicable sa miscarriage/ETP cases.
