Answer from SSS Maternity Calculator Team: Answered Jun 24, 2026

Yes mommy, qualified ka na possible 😊

Kung December 2026 ang EDD mo, ang qualifying period mo is July 2025 to June 2026. Since may hulog ka buong 2025, counted ang July–December 2025, so may more than 3 contributions ka na. SSS requires at least 3 paid contributions before the semester of delivery.

Voluntary Contribution / Payment Deadline EDD: October 2026
Question from Maurine
Asked Jun 22, 2026

Open direct answer
Answer from SSS Maternity Calculator Team: Answered Jun 24, 2026

Hi mommy 😊 Kung October 2026 ang EDD mo, ang qualifying period mo is July 2025 to June 2026.

So March, April, May, at June 2026 are counted months.

April–June 2026 — possible pa if makagawa ka ng PRN and mabayaran on time, especially as quarterly payment. (due on or before end of June)

SSS says contributions paid within/after the semester of contingency are not counted for maternity computation, and maternity needs at least 3 qualifying contributions before that semester.

Question from Nicole
Asked Jun 22, 2026

Open direct answer
Answer from SSS Maternity Calculator Team: Answered Jun 24, 2026

April 2024 to March 2025.

Voluntary Qualifying Period EDD: January 2027
Question from Sai
Asked Jun 22, 2026

EDD ko po is January 2027, pwede pa po ba ako maghulog ng April to June 2026 to get the maximum maternity benefit?

Open direct answer
Answer from SSS Maternity Calculator Team: Answered Jun 24, 2026

SSS says self-employed members may pay monthly or quarterly using PRN.

Voluntary Contribution / Payment Deadline EDD: January 2027
Question from Charies
Asked Jun 21, 2026

Edd ko po ay january 2027, gusto ko magvoluntary, magkano ba makuha ko if magbayad ako nang 3k straight from april to september

Open direct answer
Answer from SSS Maternity Calculator Team: Answered Jun 24, 2026

Yes mommy, possible ₱70,000 makuha mo 😊

Kung January 2027 ang EDD mo, ang qualifying period mo is October 2025 to September 2026. If magbabayad ka ng ₱3,000 monthly from April to September 2026, that gives you 6 months at ₱20,000 MSC, so possible maximum ₱70k for normal/CS delivery, basta accepted, paid on time, and posted sa SSS.

For EDD September 24, 2026, mommy, ang qualifying period mo is April 2025 to March 2026 😊
Need mo ng at least 3 posted contributions within that period para qualified. SSS says maternity eligibility uses contributions in the 12-month period before the semester of childbirth.

Question from Inday
Asked Jun 21, 2026

Edd ko po is January 2027, last hulog ko po is 2020 makaka avail pa po kaya ako para sa maternity benifits??

Open direct answer
Answer from SSS Maternity Calculator Team: Answered Jun 24, 2026

Hi mommy, kung last hulog mo is 2020, hindi na po iyon counted for January 2027 EDD.

For EDD January 2027, ang qualifying period mo is October 2025 to September 2026. Need ng at least 3 posted contributions within that period.

Kung June 2026 pa lang ngayon, possible pa humabol by paying as voluntary for April–September 2026, if Quarterly payment April to Jun pay on or before end of Sept but I suggest to pay on or before end of June just in case mabago EDD mo to December pasok parin xa sa Qualifying period ng December, Then yung July to Sept Quarterly Payment pay mo xa on or before end of Sept. Basta accepted sa PRN, paid on time, and posted sa SSS.

Voluntary Contribution / Payment Deadline EDD: December 2026
Question from Kris
Asked Jun 21, 2026

EDD ko po is Dec 10 2026 maliit din contribution ko ng Jan to Dec 2025. May makukuha pa po ba kong benefits. magkano po kaya makukuha ko if ever. ty po

Open direct answer
Answer from SSS Maternity Calculator Team: Answered Jun 24, 2026

Yes mommy, may makukuha ka possible 😊

Kung EDD Dec 10, 2026, ang qualifying period mo is July 2025 to June 2026.

SSS uses the 6 highest monthly salary credits in the qualifying period for maternity computation.

Self-Employed Employer / Resigned / Separated
Question from Christine
Asked Jun 20, 2026

Paano po ba mag process ngayon kasi employee ako tapos gusto ko mag self employed

Open direct answer
Answer from SSS Maternity Calculator Team: Answered Jun 24, 2026

Sa SSS E-4, ā€œTo Self-Employedā€ has no required documents listed. Then gumawa ka ng PRN and pay your contribution.
Important: for maternity, only paid/posted contributions within your qualifying period and paid on time ang counted.
