Yes mommy 😊 Pwede kang mag-change to Voluntary, pero hindi required iyon para lang makapag-submit ng MAT-1. As a separated member, puwede kang mag-notify directly through My.SSS or SSS Mobile App.

Kung gusto mong ituloy ang hulog, generate a PRN and choose “Voluntary Member.” Automatic magbabago ang status mo—no form or supporting documents needed. Kapag may bago ka nang employer at nag-remit na sila, magiging Employed ulit ang coverage mo. Huwag lang mag-voluntary at employer payment sa parehong month.

For EDD January 2027, QP mo is October 2025–September 2026. Counted ang Oct 2025–March 2026, so may 6 contributions ka na basta posted. if quarterly mo babayran yung July to Sept ang due nya is on or before end of Sept.

Need at least 3 paid at posted contributions within that period. Since July 2026 na:

If old SSS member kapo at no changes sa member type mo pwede mo pa ma bayaran ang April to June 2026, generate ka ng 1PRN then pay on or before July 31.
Then continue July, August, at September 2026, if quarterly payment pay on or before end of Sept.

Kung employed ka, employer ang maghuhulog. Kung Voluntary/SE, gumawa ng PRN sa My.SSS.

Counted ang October 2025–March 2026, kaya may 6 qualifying contributions ka. Kung ₱3,075 ang total monthly contribution at paid on time/posted lahat, estimated MATBEN mo is ₱70,000 for normal or CS delivery, dahil hanggang ₱20,000 MSC lang ang maternity computation equivalent to 3,000 yung sobra po dyan mapupunta sa Mandatory Pension fund po (75).

Last QP month: March 2026—safest na paid/posted on or before end of March 2026.

Hindi pa mako-compute ang exact amount without your monthly contributions/MSC. SSS uses the 6 highest MSCs within the QP. If maximum ang 6 highest months mo, possible up to ₱70,000 for normal/CS delivery.

Yung old hulog mo before April 2025 ay hindi counted. Kung ₱750/month from April–September 2026 ang mababayaran at posted, estimated MATBEN mo is around ₱17,500 for normal/CS delivery. If April–June lang, around ₱8,750. SSS uses the 6 highest MSCs within the QP. Pero kung April 2026 lang babayaran mo at hindi mo i continue until Sept. hindi ka makakapasok for Matben kasi kailngan atleast 3mons posted contribution under qualifying period

Last QP month: September 2026—safest na paid/posted by September 30, 2026.

Hi mommy 😊 Since January 7, 2026 ka nanganak, ang qualifying period mo ay October 2024–September 2025. Counted ang May–July 2025, kaya possible kang qualified dahil may 3 posted contributions ka. Hindi rin automatic disqualified dahil AWOL.

Kung ang ₱1,875, ₱1,950 at ₱1,350 ay total posted contributions, estimated MATBEN mo ay around ₱20,125 for 105 days.

Kung hindi ka na talaga employed, gumawa ka ng PRN at piliin yung Voluntary—automatic nitong babaguhin ang membership status mo. Pero ang bagong voluntary payments ay hindi na makakadagdag sa January 2026 claim mo.

Since AWOL ka, humingi ng Certificate of Separation/no advance payment. Kung hindi ka makakuha, may SSS Affidavit of Undertaking specifically for AWOL cases.

Counted sana ang January–March 2026, pero kung ngayon July pa lang babayaran as Voluntary/SE, late na po at usually hindi na puwedeng habulin. Deadline ng Jan–March quarter was April 30, 2026.

Last QP month: June 2026—para sa MATBEN, qualifying payments should be made on or before end of June 2026.

Kung April–June 2026 ay nabayaran mo lang noong July, possible na hindi na sila isama sa MATBEN kahit July 31 ang regular PRN deadline. Ang July 2026 contribution ay hindi na counted dahil outside QP na.

Hi mommy 😊 Since employed ka, si employer/HR ang dapat mag-submit ng MAT-1 sa SSS immediately after receiving your maternity notice.

Follow up agad and ask for the MAT-1 submission confirmation/reference number. Keep proof na nag-notify ka, like email or signed document or pwede mo din ma check sa SSS account mo punta ka lang sa Services then Maternity benefits then under Inquiry or history makikita mo po Submitted or kung may nakita ka na transaction number if you’re browsing mobile. If hindi pa rin nila i-submit, contact SSS or visit a branch and bring your proof of notification.
